How is my purchase shipped?
Orders will normally be shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase. This does not include weekends or public/bank holidays. If immediate processing is needed, please contact me and I will do my best to make that happen. Items are shipped using USPS, which typically takes 3-5 business days to arrive in the U.S. Shipping delays may occur due to Covid-19.
What is your return policy?
I want nothing more than for your happiness with what you have purchased. I try very hard to give an accurate description with photos of each item including the measurements. I realize photos online may show colors differently from one device to another, for that we ask if you have any questions about an item, to please contact me. If your item does not meet your expectations, please contact me within 3 days of delivery to discuss options. If you want to exchange an item for a store credit, you will need to ship it back to me at your expense within 7 days of delivery. Pieces must be in their original condition and packaging in order to receive a refund. Returns are not allowed on custom work orders.
How do I do I care for my newly purchased jewelry?
Jewelry should not be worn in the water or while using chemicals. Hand washing or using lotions or cleaning chemicals can damage some stones. Metals can develop a patina over time. A jewelry polishing cloth is the best way to clean and polish the metal on your piece, avoiding stones.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, all purchases are shipped USPS Priority International. Your shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process. Orders will normally be shipped within 3 - 5 business days of purchase. This does not include weekends or public/bank holidays. USPS Priority International normally takes 6 - 10 business days to arrive. Shipping delays may occur due to Covid-19.
How are orders that are accepted confirmed?
All orders placed with Open Range Jewelry are subject to acceptance and availability. Items in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
What is my ring size?
The best way to determine your ring size acurately, is to take a ring that fits you well into a jeweler and have them size it. I also suggest that you have your fingers sized.
Can I have a ring resized?
Our rings are sold as sized. However, depending on the type of stone, needed size, and setting, some rings may be able to be resized. Please email us prior to placing an order for any potential changes. An additional charge may be required to make any changes.
