Orders will normally be shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase. This does not include weekends or public/bank holidays. If immediate processing is needed, please contact us and we will do our best to make that happen. Items are shipped using USPS, which typically takes 3-5 business days to arrive in the U.S.
Once a package is dropped off at the post office, it becomes your responsibility. We have not had any issues as of yet with USPS, but understand at times USPS delays may occur that our out of our control.
Yes, all purchases are shipped USPS Priority International. Your shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process. Orders will normally be shipped within 3 - 5 business days of purchase. This does not include weekends or public/bank holidays. USPS Priority International normally takes 6 - 10 business days to arrive. Shipping delays may occur due to Covid-19.
Open Range Jewelry is not responsible for any customs, costs/taxes on international orders. All pricing on this website is shown in USD. For customers making purchases outside of the United States, final price will be calculated by your card issuer in accordance with the applicable exchange rate at the time of processing your transaction.
We want nothing more than for your happiness with what you have purchased. We try very hard to give an accurate description with photos of each item including the measurements. We realize photos online may show colors differently from one device to another, for that we ask if you have any questions about an item, to please contact us. If your item does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 3 days of delivery to discuss options. If you want to exchange an item for a store credit, you will need to ship it back to us at your expense within 7 days of delivery. Pieces must be in their original condition and packaging in order to receive a refund. Returns are not accepted on custom work orders, sale items, and cabochons/stones.
All orders placed with Open Range Jewelry are subject to acceptance and availability. Items in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
Once orders have been paid for you will receive an email showing the detail of your order to the email address provided on your order form. This email is your confirmation that we have received your order.
We reserve the right not to accept your order for the following reasons; 1) in the event we are unable to obtain authorization for payment; 2) If shipping restrictions apply to a particular item; 3) if the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn; 4) if there is an error in pricing or content.
